Me: "Blake, stop sucking your thumb."
Blake: "But I like to."
Me: "If you don't stop, you'll have to get braces."
Blake: "Like Grandma, you know, your mom? She must suck her thumb a lot."
It was Griff's last baseball game today. He showed some great improvement over the season. I think he is glad to be done, though. After his game, Griff, Blake, and I went to Tree-town to go to Jordon's game, and then to my parents for my Dad's birthday.

Yesterday me and the boys went to Lagoon with Dylan, Jordon, and his girlfriend, Jodi. It was pretty fun. They had good fireworks. We snuck in on some fenced off lawn so we could lay down and watch them and Blake thought the police were going to come and start hitting us for being back there. I think it was his first crime.
Blake and I were sharing some ice cream while the others were going on the Wicked or "Wickit" as Blake says. I asked him, "Do you like that ice cream?", and he goes, "Ya, it's freezing my teeth. See, (smile) they aren't even moving."

You're Going to Hell!
My mom took the boys to an Indian writing thing in Logan Canyon. They were playing the alphabet game, and Griff was stuck on the letter "H". So, Blake helps by saying, "Hell! You're going to Hell!". I asked him why he didn't say Heaven instead, and Griff said, "Well, then it wouldn't have been that funny."
Ben and I hardly knew what to do with ourselves while they were gone, so after cleaning, and playing some games we decided to go get sundaes and then we drove around the cemeteries.
When we got back, my mom was just leaving, so we talked to her for a few minutes before she left. After she was gone, Ben said, "Did your mom get Botox or something?" and I was like, "No, she got BRACES!!!" This should be good:)

Privacy People
Blake was watching TV in my room with Yoda. Every once in a while I would hear Blake groan and be like, "UHHGGGHHHGAWWW, YODA! I freakin hate when you do that!" So, after a couple of times I go up and ask him what's going on, and he says, "Yoda keeps stepping on my privacy. He's done it like 5 times, and I hate it."

Batter Up!
The boys each have one game of baseball left. They have both done really well. Griffen has shown a lot of improvement since the season started. I don't know if he will play again though, because he thinks its boring. And I would have to agree with him. Blake has fun at the games, but I think he is more interested in who brought treats.

CHEESE
Brittni was babysitting the boys today and Blake wanted some Mac & Cheese. He wanted Britt to make it, and she said, "Doesn't Griff know how to make it?" and he says, "Ya, but when he does it it's not the CHEESIEST!"

We went 4-wheeling up to Willard Peak on Saturday. It was the first time Griff has ever rode up there and he did pretty good. He only rolled once. On the way down. Blake was riding with me for a while, but then he wanted to ride with Kevin or Ben because they let him keep his head up and if he rides with me he has to keep it down, because our helmets crash. It took a lot longer than I thought it would, but everyone had a good time. The kids had fun sliding down the snowbanks that were up at the top. It's really beautiful up there, and it's kind of surreal that it is practically in our back yards, ya know?
