We took the kids to Frightmares today. We actually went down last night but it was so crowded we just went back home. It wasn't really that bad today. We went early so we could ride all the rides before Frightmares started. We even went on the Merry Go Round. Blake went on everything. His faves were the Colossus and the Wicked. I was more scared for him to go on those rides than he was. Griff likes those rides the best, too. We went through one of the haunted houses. (The line was still pretty long. We probably waited for an hour.) They had a little haunted junkyard that the boys walked through about 100 times while we waited. Blake led the way. He was scared but thought it was fun. They liked being chased by the chainsaw guys. As we were leaving we ran into Kevin, Windy and Keaton in the parking lot and they had Griff stay later with them. It was a fun day.

Soccer season is winding down. The boys have done really well this season. Blake is getting better. He scored a goal in one of his games. Griff is really good and is getting more competitive. He scored at least 2 goals each game. They are fun to watch.

We were going somewhere and I told Blake to come up and get

his hair combed. He said he didn't need to because he was going to wear a hat.

Blake's top tooth has been a little loose for a while and he decided it was time for it to go. This might be weird but I love pulling those little suckers out. So, I would wiggle it for a while, then he would, then I would, then he would. This went on for about 3 hours. It was getting pretty loose and he said he didn't want my help anymore. I asked him why and he said, "Because this will be the first one I pulled out all by myself." Fine. A little while later I said, "So, want me to help ya?" and he goes. "No! It's my tooth. Pull out your own!"
